ORION › Game requirements › MultiVersus
MultiVersus, by Player First Games (Action), came out on Steam on July 19, 2022. Here are the official specs, and what they mean on the most common graphics cards.
Estimate per graphics card
For each card: the highest settings level that stays smooth, and the expected frame-rate range. This is a conservative estimate worked out from the publisher's recommended specs, not a measurement: your processor, drivers and game updates move it.

Without DLSS, FSR or frame generation: turning them on raises the frame rate noticeably when the game offers them.
Best settings
The setting ORION's “Recommended” profile would pick to play at 60 frames per second: the best-looking detail level that stays smooth, with upscaling when it lets you go one step up (DLSS on GeForce RTX, XeSS on Intel Arc, FSR on other cards). If MultiVersus doesn't offer it, use the level from the previous table.
| Graphics card | 1080p | 1440p |
|---|---|---|
| GeForce RTX 5070 | Highover 300 fps | Highover 268 fps |
| GeForce RTX 4070 | Highover 300 fps | Highover 234 fps |
| Radeon RX 7800 XT | Highover 300 fps | Highover 256 fps |
| GeForce RTX 4060 Ti | Highover 282 fps | High183–252 fps |
| GeForce RTX 3070 | Highover 282 fps | High183–252 fps |
| Intel Arc B580 | Highover 242 fps | High157–216 fps |
| GeForce RTX 4060 | Highover 235 fps | High152–210 fps |
| Radeon RX 7600 | Highover 228 fps | High148–204 fps |
| GeForce RTX 3060 | High200–276 fps | High130–179 fps |
| Radeon RX 6600 | High186–256 fps | High121–166 fps |
| GeForce GTX 1660 Super | High129–178 fps | High84–115 fps |
At these levels, ORION keeps textures on high from 8 GB of video memory (they cost memory, hardly any frames), sets the frame cap on the target for steady pacing, turns off motion blur and film grain, and leaves vertical sync off. This is a conservative estimate, not a measurement: in ORION, the first measured session corrects the setting.

Where to buy
The official page first. In ORION, the Store tab compares prices across shops, with the official stores listed before key resellers.
On your PC
ORION is a free game launcher for Windows. It reads your graphics card, processor and screen, estimates every game in your library, then measures the real frame rate while you play and sets the game up with its "Recommended" profile. No account, no ads.
Questions
The publisher recommends: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 / AMD Radeon R9 280 / Intel Arc A310. By our conservative estimate, high settings hold 60 frames per second at 1080p with a GeForce GTX 1060.
For 60 frames per second at 1080p, ORION's “Recommended” profile would pick High settings: over 235 frames per second according to our conservative estimate.
By our estimate, a GeForce RTX 3060 runs MultiVersus at 1080p on high settings, between 200 and 276 frames per second.
By our estimate, a GeForce RTX 4060 runs MultiVersus at 1080p on high settings, over 235 frames per second.
The publisher recommends 8 GB of RAM.
The publisher's recommended specs are the reference point (about 60 frames per second at 1080p on high settings, unless the publisher says otherwise). Each card's power is compared with the recommended card (the average when the publisher names several), then adjusted to the screen resolution. A low margin is kept, and less video memory than recommended drops one level.
